All sessions are programmed by our Qualified Trainers who will provide creative workouts at your level.
Each session is different with a big focus on fun! Workouts are interesting and challenging and are a great way to get in shape and stay motivated.

Private Personal training sessions are all about you and what you want from a Personal Trainer. Sessions include boxing, fitball, resistance tubing and medicine balls and also utilize our unique Gravity Training Machines. We also include fitness testing and nutrition. We can also come to you.
