Trish has been actively involved in the Fitness Industry for over 20 years. She also received a World Recognised Award for "Outstanding Customer Service".

Trish was hand picked from over 300 of Adelaide's top Personal Trainers to take who reader through a 12 week weight loss challenge! Jodie Kennedy lost 14 kgs. in 12 weeks! An awesome effort for both girls. We are so proud of them both.

Pilates Practitioners
Our Pilates Practitioners hold Certified APMA (Pilates Method Association) qualifications and teach all aspects of Pilates Mat, Allegro Reformer and also run Rehabilitation sessions at our Studio.

Personal Trainers
Our Trainers hold a minimum of Certificate IV in Fitness with some achieving Masters in Advance programming, Nutrition, Sports & Conditioning and Rehabilitation.
